Job Description

Technology and software company is seeking a competent technical Sales Representative with an understanding of software, devices and general technology. As a Sales Representative you will promotes a suite of products and services including utility Software as a Service “SAAS”, Automated Meter Reading systems, mobile applications, device repair and management. We are seeking talented people to join our Business Account Executive team focused on small and midsize utilities, commercial real estate and other business’s.

Job Details

  • You will identify, prospect, negotiate and sell services to a targeted Client/Prospect base within your assigned local market.
  • You will start on day one in our hands-on learning environment and structured on-boarding program. With this structure training approach, you will master the knowledge and skills you need based on our Playbook.
  • Your job is to develop quick rapport & quickly assess your customer's needs to develop the right solution for their business.
  • We'll teach you how to excel at technology sales in this hunter role, where you are required to contact a minimum of 20+new businesses every single day, handle your sales funnel, and maintain a high degree of sales activity.
  • You will build an effective consultative relationship with Client/Prospect in your territory during the sales transaction to ensure high level of customer service is delivered.
  • Maintain and update all contacts/clients/leads in the CRM database.
  • Responsibilities Include:
  • Prospecting and lead generations
  • Maintain and update all contacts/clients/leads in the CRM database.
  • Networking and prospecting
  • Provide knowledge of company platform and services to existing and potential user
  • Promote product demos and presentation to prospects and clients over the web or in person.
  • Consult prospect and existing clients for their usage, option, and features in face to face meeting.
  • Quote price, propose and sell subscription and technologies services
  • Collect and report on specific promotions
  • Perform market analysis and research on competition

SKILLS REQUIRED:Physical Demands

  • Self-Starter
  • Must have excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Must be quick learner with a high technical aptitude.
  • Problems solving skills within a team environment
  • At least one year of experience in B2B sales.
  • Passion for working in team.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must be able to travel as needed to visit prospects and customers.
  • Some light lifting may be required for marketing events and giveaways.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
