Job Description

We are looking for an Executive, Tenders & Contracts to join our team!
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with group procurement policy, procedures and guidelines
Responsible for matters relating to vendor management functions, including vendor creation, updates and deactivation in company’s financial system. This includes, but is not limited to, document validation, compliance and sanctions checks, and bank details verifications, as well as vendor performance evaluation.
Responsible for preparation of regular reports and spend analytics to support strategic procurement initiatives.
Support procurement activities by monitoring and managing PO aging and open PO reports.
Conduct regular audits of procurement transactions to identify areas of non-compliance.
Recommend process improvements in line with best practices and good corporate governance
Provide support and guidance to users on vendor onboarding processes and conduct periodic awareness sessions.
Maintain electronic and documented records, including related correspondence, for audit purposes.
Stay informed about market trends, supplier information, and new products and services to share with internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and the Code of Conduct and Business Ethics (CoBE).
Perform any other duties and projects as assigned.
Job Requirement
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 3 years in procurement and/or vendor management. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Specialized knowledge: Strong understanding of procurement and vendor management, understanding of procurement contracts and contractual terms, proficiency in data analytics, resourcefulness and ability to influencefor decision-making, knowledge of good corporate governance practices, strong verbal and written communication skills,
effective presentation skills
Preferred/Ideal knowledge: Experience in category management, hands-on experience with procurement systems such as Coupa S2P, SAP S4/HANA and Microsoft Dynamics, proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, strong negotiation and project management skills
