Job Description: Note: This is an Australian shift role. Comply with all regulatory, industry and Organizational standards pertaining to this position by following set procedures and processes Collection of all Debts, within the company's credit policy Reconciliation of all accounts for the designated panel of Brokers Managing unmatched cash credits and debits across age buckets Managing and reducing unallocated cash across age buckets Handle complex transactions and provide resolution with effective decision making/problem solving Attends to miscellaneous tasks associated with Credit Control and Accounts as directed by the Team Leader Effectively balance quality, timeliness and productivity standards Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures Any other essential function that may occur from time to time as directed by the Supervisor
