Coffee Shop Manager Wanted – Weekends
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Coffee Shop Manager to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with people, and have a passion for hospitality, this could be the perfect fit.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years experience in hospitality or coffee shop management
- Available mainly weekends
- Certified in HACCP (Food Safety)
- A true team player with initiative and leadership skills
- Strong media and social marketing skills to help promote the shop
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service
- Willing to collaborate with the owner and assist in year-round events
Responsibilities:
- Oversee weekend operations and staff
- Ensure top-notch customer experience
- Manage inventory and supplies
- Promote the shop through social media and local outreach
- Support planning and execution of seasonal events
