Coffee Shop Manager Wanted – Weekends

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Coffee Shop Manager to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with people, and have a passion for hospitality, this could be the perfect fit.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years experience in hospitality or coffee shop management
• Available mainly weekends
• Certified in HACCP (Food Safety)
• A true team player with initiative and leadership skills
• Strong media and social marketing skills to help promote the shop
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service
• Willing to collaborate with the owner and assist in year-round events

Responsibilities:

• Oversee weekend operations and staff
• Ensure top-notch customer experience
• Manage inventory and supplies
• Promote the shop through social media and local outreach
• Support planning and execution of seasonal events
