Job Description:

Neighbourhood Contractors, a small but growing renovation company in Sudbury, is seeking an experienced renovator / carpenter to join our team. As a key member of our hands-on crew, you will work directly with the owner (myself) to perform high-quality residential renovations. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who takes pride in craftsmanship and enjoys a flexible, supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of residential renovation tasks including carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, tiling, and general home improvements.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with the owner and clients as needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems on-site with professionalism.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of renovation / carpentry experience in residential projects.
• Strong skills in carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and tiling.
• Own basic tools and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
