The Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Accommodation Assistant to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a great eye for detail and understands that the little things make a big difference to a guest's stay.

This is a flexible position offering approximately 3–5 days per week, with shifts arranged according to hotel requirements and your availability.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and servicing guest bedrooms to a high hotel standard
• Making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and replenishing guest amenities
• Keeping corridors, public areas and housekeeping areas clean and presentable
• Ensuring rooms are presented beautifully and ready for our guests
• Reporting maintenance issues, lost property and any concerns to your supervisor
• Keeping cleaning equipment and supplies clean, organised and well stocked
• Following all hotel health, safety and hygiene procedures
• Working closely with the Accommodation and Front Office teams
• Supporting the wider housekeeping team during busy periods and events

What We're Looking For

• Previous housekeeping or accommodation experience (hotel experience is an advantage)
• A genuine eye for detail and pride in your work
• A positive and hardworking attitude
• Someone who can work independently and use their own initiative
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Flexible and willing to work weekends and public holidays when required
• A professional, friendly and guest-focused approach
