What We Offer

• Competitive Salary: €45,000.00 - €50,000.00 per year.

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Daily Duties and Responsibilities

As an Installation/Service Engineer at Securecom, your primary responsibilities will include:

Installation:

• Installing and configuring intruder alarms, CCTV systems, fire alarms, and access control systems to meet client requirements.

Service and Maintenance:

• Conducting routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of electronic security systems.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults and issues, ensuring timely and efficient repairs.

Client Support:

• Providing excellent customer service and technical support to clients on-site.
• Training clients on the operation of installed systems.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintaining accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance work.
• Completing service reports and communicating effectively with the office team.

Compliance:

• Ensuring all work complies with industry standards and health and safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For

Experience and Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in electronic security systems, including intruder alarms, CCTV, fire alarms, and access control systems (required).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications and Licenses:

• A valid driving license (required).
• Eligibility to work in Ireland (required).

Personal Attributes:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
