Nations Auto Glass is looking for an experienced Auto Glass Technician to join our growing Cincinnati team.

What You'll Do

• Install and replace windshields, door glass, back glass, quarter glass, and vent glass
• Perform stone chip repairs
• Complete mobile and in-shop installations
• Follow AGRSS safety and installation standards
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
• Complete work orders and documentation accurately using Omega software
• Assist customers with basic questions and service recommendations

Preferred Experience

• Sunroof and panoramic roof glass replacement
• Window regulator diagnosis and replacement
• ADAS calibration experience
• Experience working on luxury and late-model vehicles

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of auto glass installation experience
• Ability to perform complete windshield replacements independently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
