About the Role

We are looking for a versatile, high-energy hospitality superstar to join our team at Rabelo. This is a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, and we need someone who can confidently bridge the gap between the bar and the floor.

The ideal candidate will have independent experience running an efficient section, taking precise food orders, and managing a busy bar service simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional table service, including welcoming guests, explaining menus, and taking food/beverage orders.
• Working confidently behind the bar—preparing and serving drinks to a high standard.
• Handling cash and POS systems efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized front-of-house environment.
• Working collaboratively with our kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

Requirements & Requirements for Filtering:

• Experience: Minimum 2 - 3 years of proven experience in both bar service and floor/table service is essential. You must be comfortable hitting the ground running from day one.
• Availability: Weekend and evening availability is essential. Immediate start is preferred.
• Age Requirement: As this role requires the regular sale, preparation, and service of alcohol behind the bar and on the floor, applicants must be over 18 to serve alcohol.
• Transport: Our venue boasts a spectacular view where the Lough meets the mountains, but we are a bit off the beaten track! A reliable car or living locally is required to accommodate our variable shift finish times.
