Radisson RED Galway is a new and exciting addition to Galway City. It is the first Radisson RED property in Ireland and a welcomed addition to the city. Just like its sister properties; Radisson BLU Royal Hotel, Dublin, Dublin Royal Convention Centre and Velvære Spa, Radisson RED Galway has its own distinct personality.

We are searching for an creative and dynamic Experienced Bartender to join our team at Radisson RED Galway.

About The Role:

At Radisson RED, the bar isn’t just where drinks are served, it’s where the magic happens! Our bar is the heartbeat of the hotel, where craft cocktails meet creative conversations. We need a Bartender who can shake things up, stir the vibe, and pour with passion, making every drink an experience to remember!

You’re more than just a bartender, you’re a storyteller. With every cocktail you mix, you bring flavour, flair, and personality to the table. Whether you’re crafting classic drinks or shaking up something new, you know how to create memorable moments that keep guests coming back for more! You’re fast, friendly, and always ready to serve up a great time.

You’ll be the life of the party, serving amazing drinks and bringing good vibes to the bar! You’ll create signature cocktails, recommend drink pairings, and keep things flowing smoothly, from happy hour to the last drink before bed! Whether it’s mixing or making recommendations, you’ll always have your finger on the pulse of what our guests really want!

- Minimum experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in food & beverage service.

- Minimum education: National academic qualifications / Degree in Hospitality Management preferable.

Duties Will Include:

• Provide professional, fun, efficient and courteous service to all our guests and ensuring our guests are happy and having a goof time!
• Ensure that all working areas are kept clean and tidy at all times, and that mis-en-place is in place.
• Responsible for setting and clearing of tables in the outlets
• Thorough working knowledge of our food & beverage menus, and the ability to guide guest through our offerings as necessary.
• Flexibility to work in all outlets as needed.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, from weekdays to weekends.
