Job description

We are looking to add an EXPERIENCED BUTCHER to our BUTCHERY TEAM
Every day is different here at Rogers and Son and we know we deliver best when we deliver together, this is a real opportunity if you are looking for a diverse role where you use your knowledge of great food to contribute ideas and add value to an already busy team.

THE ROLE
Working full time, five days including weekends, your focus will be to deliver the exceptional customer service we are committed to;

• Maintaining stock availability
• Accepting deliveries
• Preparing orders
• Achieving high standards of butchery
• Adhering to all EHO and H&S regulations

YOU

• Have a natural ability to engage customers and a real passion for delivering great service
• Experience in a Butchery is ESSENTIAL
• Are committed to what we do here at Rogers and Son with a real interest in, and knowledge of, great food - you will be able to use your knowledge to inspire customer choices
• Can demonstrate an understanding of the challenges that this environment offers and the work ethic to meet those challenges
