The Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofer / Cladder to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role carrying out roof inspections, leak detection, fault diagnosis, repairs, maintenance, and remedial waterproofing on commercial and industrial properties. The successful candidate will also receive full training in our specialist electronic leak detection and roof testing systems, offering the opportunity to develop new technical skills within a growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out roof inspections and condition assessments
• Diagnose leaks and identify practical repair solutions
• Complete repairs and maintenance to commercial roofing and cladding systems
• Install and repair roofing membranes, flashings, gutters, rainwater goods and cladding
• Carry out remedial waterproofing works to a high standard
• Undertake controlled water testing and specialist leak detection (training provided)
• Liaise professionally with clients on site and communicate findings to the office team
• Maintain high standards of health & safety, housekeeping and workmanship
• Travel to sites throughout Ireland, including occasional overnight stays (all travel, accommodation and subsistence expenses covered)
• Support and mentor junior team members when required

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in commercial roofing and/or cladding
• Experience in roofing repairs, maintenance and remedial works
• Good knowledge of commercial roofing systems and materials
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude
• Good spoken and written English
• Full, clean driving licence (essential)
