Manguard Plus is hiring for a CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR for our busy control room located in Naas, Co. Kildare.

Description: CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR
Locations: Naas Co. Kildare
Hours: Night shift: 17:30-06:30 / Monday - Sunday
Pay rate: €14.50 basic + €2.50 site allowance per hour.
€12.60 Night allowance.
€1 per hour Sunday allowance.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Verifiable 5-year Work History
- Have 2+ years of Security Sector experience - its essential
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent admin skills
- Strong IT skills
- Possess Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- PSA Static License - its essential
- ARC experience would be an advantage
- Attention to detail
- The ability to multitask, and work within a team
MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY
- To work within the Command Centre in accordance with the shift rotas and provide a high level of quality assured customer service
- Work under the direction of the Control Room Manager or supervisor and in accordance with the policy and procedural practices
- Responsible for the monitoring of remote signalling/CCTV systems using the equipment installed
- Responsible for the provision of appropriate responses to alarm systems and despatch of emergency services
- Performing staff welfare checks
- Tracking and tracing mobile dispatch operations
- Reviewing and editing reports regularly
- The ability to multitask, and work within a team
Qualifications:
Have 2+ years of Security Operations experience
PSA Licence- Static or Monitoring
