What We're Looking For (Required Expertise)

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 6 months of professional dog grooming experience in a salon or equivalent setting.
• Expertise & Technique: Proficient in breed-specific styles, standard pet clips, advanced hand-scissoring, dematting, nail care, and the safe, compassionate handling of all temperaments and sizes.
• Wellness First: Demonstrable dedication to the highest standards of safety, comfort, and animal welfare during every service.
• Client Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional approach when educating and interacting with our local clientele.
• Reliability & Efficiency: Dependable, punctual, and highly organized to manage a full grooming schedule effectively.
