Duties

• Operate industrial embroidery machines with precision, ensuring accurate stitching according to design specifications.
• Measure fabric and materials accurately using measuring instruments to maintain proper dimensions and alignment.
• Select appropriate fabric materials and embroidery threads based on project requirements, adhering to safety standards in production.
• Inspect finished embroidery work for quality standards, including stitch consistency, color accuracy, and overall appearance.
• Handle materials carefully during embroidery processes, including manual fabric cutting and materials handling to prevent damage or defects.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workspace, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and operated safely.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating embroidery machines, sewing machines, and other industrial sewing equipment.
• Knowledge of quality standards in production.
• Familiarity with safety standards in production environments to ensure a safe working space for all team members.
• Experience with warehouse operations or manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Ability to interpret design specifications accurately and execute detailed embroidery work accordingly.
• Excellent manual dexterity combined with attention to detail to produce consistent, high-quality embroidery results.
