Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Build estimates and sell recommended repairs with honesty and integrity
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
• Provide repair estimates and explain services clearly
• Source and order parts accurately
• Review repair orders for correct parts, labor, and pricing
• Ensure all parts are billed correctly to repair orders
• Receive and verify incoming parts deliveries
• Process customer payments
• Work closely with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience required
• European/import experience preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable using shop management software and parts catalogs
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills, including discounts, percentages, and commissions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality
