As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will support the Manager in the day-to-day operations between our S Bar and Bistro and our La Provence Brasserie, guiding and engaging with the team to achieve best-in-class standards of guest care at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold excellent standards of customer service and satisfaction
• Support the team with training and development
• Facilitate clear communication between the F&B team and the overall hotel team
• Maximize revenue
• Maintain the highest presentation standards for the F&B area
• Ensure the team adheres to uniform standards at all times
• Address day-to-day queries, complaints, and issues professionally and efficiently

Your Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role
• Motivated, ambitious, and proactive team player
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
