We are seeking a friendly and reliable Front of House team member , you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service ensuring a smooth process and must be able to work well within a team.
Duties:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Take orders, serve customer's and process payments using cash registers or POS systems
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive experience for customers
Skills:
-To work closely and positively with all staff, within our business in order to support our on-going business.
- Previous experience in catering, bartending, or restaurant industry is essential
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Shift Pattern to include a mixture of daytime, evening & weekends.
