At Arboretum Urban Green, Ireland’s leading garden and lifestyle destination, we pride ourselves on creating exceptional experiences—from our beautiful gardens to our award- winning café. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Experienced Cafe Barista to join our growing team.

Your Role:

As a Barista, you will be the heart of our café experience, crafting high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering friendly, efficient service to our customers. You will work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure the café remains a warm, inviting space for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages to the highest standards
• Provide excellent customer service and engage positively with guests
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the café and service areas
• Operate coffee machines and other café equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with stock rotation, replenishment, and general café operations
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous barista or hospitality experience
• A genuine interest in coffee, food, and customer experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and occasional holidays
