Experienced General Operative

Dublin based construction company require an experience General Operative with 8-10 years plus experience for immediate start.

Some of the duties for this role are outlined as follows:
General building works
Demolition
Ground works
Concreting
Temporary propping/structural works
Utilities/Drainage
Snagging
Plastering
Loading, unloading skips and deliveries, housekeeping and cleaning.
Attending to different trades including ground workers, concrete workers, brick and block layers, plasterers, ceiling fixers, carpenters, decorators, roofers etc.
Comply with Health & Safety legislation when performing assigned duties

Candidate should have:

Good communication skills
Be driven and enthusiastic and very good attention to detail
Fluency in English Language
Knowledgeable of the health and safety requirements on sites
Safe Pass, Manual Handling
Own van and tools
Full clean driving licence

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €18.00-€21.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
