About the Role
ESW Building Services Inc. is expanding our team and seeking a dedicated anf experienced Handyman to support our projects and facility operations. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a desire to learn new skills. You’ll help ensure our projects run smoothly while gaining valuable experience in construction and maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs and maintenance (plumbing, drywall, painting, furniture assembly)
• Assist with larger construction and renovation projects (demolition, framing, finishing)
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
• Clean and prepare job sites, including debris removal
• Load and unload materials and supplies
• Support team members and contractors as needed

Requirements

• Previous labor-intensive experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is an asset
• Ability to follow directions and adhere to safety standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour
