We have a number of VERY exciting design focused Hospitality Projects at inception stage and we are looking for you if you have a proven track record as a highly creative Hospitality Interior Architect/Designer.

O'Donnell O'Neill Design are a multi award winning Interior Architecture/Design practice who are responsible for creating many of the most talked about and creative bars, restaurant, and hotels throughout the island of Ireland. www.ooda.ie

We are looking to fill a number of positions and this is a great opportunity for any talented and experienced Senior Interior Designers and experienced Mid Level Interior Designers to join our highly creative and dynamic team in our Dublin office for an immediate start.

You will need to be highly creative, a problem solver, have excellent communication skills, be self motivated, hard working, and thrive working as a member of a team.

You must have a minimum of 5 years experience in Hospitality Interior Design and demonstrate this through your portfolio and references .

If you think you might be the right candidate for us, you must have the following experience and qualifications reflective of the position you will be applying for:

• Bachelor Degree in Interior Architecture/ Interior Design
• Minimum 5 years experience in high end Commercial Hospitality Interior Design.
• Be a creative thinker and a problem solver.
• A full and working knowledge of Current Irish Building Regulations and demonstrate experience and knowledge of this.
• Have a thorough working understanding of joinery detailing and construction.
• Have experience in the preparation of full working/tender drawing packages including plans, elevations and all relevant technical details for costing and joinery purposes in Auto Cad for Hospitality Interiors.
• Have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrate full working proficiency in Auto Cad, Photoshop, In Design and Sketch Up, Enscape.
• Capable of preparing visuals for presentation to client.
• Demonstrate experience of delivering neat and clear design information.
• Demonstrate experience in selecting and preparing bespoke FF&E Schedules for the hospitality interior design industry.
• Be capable of managing a design project from design concept through to completion on site.
• Full driving licence preferred.
• Fluency in spoken and written English essential.
