The Northfield Inn, Suites and Conference Center is currently seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor. Must be flexible and willing to work weekends and weekdays from 11:00pm - 7:00am, day shifts from 7:00am - 3:00pm, and 3:00pm - 11pm, and other shifts as needed may be required as well. We are an Award Winning Hotel that requires a mature, up beat personality to receive our guests with a smile and professional demeanor.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

* Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests

* Handles confidential information, including guests records, with a high degree of integrity

* Promptly and effectively deals with guest requests and complaints

* Answers and routes calls as appropriate; takes guest messages with accuracy

* Responsible for cash drawer contents and transactions during shift

* Maintains accurate records including cash flows, registration cards, reservations cards, and property walks

* Offers and properly handles requests for wake-up calls

* Records pertinent guest information in the shift log

* Ensures common area/lobby is clean

*Perform all Night Audit duties

* All other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
