About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director and Operations Director, this key strategic leadership role shapes our people agenda and ensures best-in-class HR practices.
This is a standalone, fully office-based position ideally suited for an experienced professional who thrives in an SME or family-business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Align HR strategies with business goals and guide workforce planning.
- Compliance & Policy: Maintain HR documentation and ensure strict compliance with Irish employment law.
- Employee Relations: Resolve grievances, manage disciplinary processes, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee end-to-end hiring, talent selection, and employee integration.
- Performance Management: Coach managers on appraisals, accountability, and development planning.
- Operations & Benefits: Manage day-to-day HR operations, payroll, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Health & Safety: Oversee workplace safety management systems and compliance.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: Senior HR background, ideally within an SME or family-run business.
- Autonomy: Proven ability to manage the entire HR function independently in a standalone capacity.
- Credentials: Active CIPD membership.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of Irish employment law and the life cycle of HR best practices.
- Skills: Proven ability to influence non-commercial or owner-managed leadership teams.
- Traits: Pragmatic, solutions-focused, commercially aware, and an excellent communicator.
Schedule & Pay: Mon–Fri, 8am–4:30pm | Competitive Salary DOE
Pay: From €60,000.00 per year
