Kennel Technician

Luv-N-Care Animal Hospital is currently seeking a Kennel Assistant to join our team! Are you passionate about your commitment to delivering exceptional service to our loyal clientele and the highest quality care to their boarded and hospitalized pets? If so, this opportunity is for you!

Primary Responsibilities
● Ensure upkeep of the kennels and the facility throughout the day
● Ensure all laundry is completed throughout the day
● Ensure all dogs are walked multiple times throughout the day
● Feed and provide clean water to patients at least twice daily
● Maintain accurate elimination/feeding records notation
● Notate tasks completed in computer software or other means provided
● Assist Veterinary Technicians and Doctors as needed
● And more!

What you Should Bring to the Team (Qualifications)
● A High School Diploma
● A minimum of 2 years consistent Customer Service experience
● Familiarity with medical and veterinary terminology desired but willing to train the right individual
● Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Hours & Availability

Luv-N-Care Animal Hospital is open during the following hours of operation:

● Monday & Friday: 7:30am – 7:00pm
● Tuesday - Thursday: 7:30am – 6:00pm
● Saturday: 8:00am – 3:00pm
● Sunday: 9:00am – 4:00pm

Compensation

We are searching for a great candidate and offer competitive pay accordingly, the starting hourly range for this position is $12 to $15 and is dependent upon experience. Other amazing benefits include:
