We are look for an upbeat, outgoing and professional individual who can manage our loaner fleet effectively and efficiently to help maintain our high level of service at Jack Daniels Volkswagen.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Conduct inventory control to manage available rental units
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
• Perform administrative duties to support the rental process
• Maintain a clean and organized rental office environment
• Strong Ability to work administratively
• Check in and check-out vehicles in our loaner fleet

Skills and Requirements:

• Experience is recommended
• Proficiency in front desk operations
• Strong organizational skills to manage rental schedules and paperwork
• Experience with inventory control practices
• Accurate data entry abilities for maintaining records
• Excellent customer service skills to interact effectively with clients
• Administrative skills for office tasks support
