Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our growing team. Reporting to the Sales Director, you'll play an important role in delivering marketing campaigns, supporting brand activities, and helping drive business growth.

This role will support a range of marketing activities and initiatives and offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment across all divisions of the Company.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organisational skills, creativity, and a professional communication style.

Shift: 08:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Who you are:

· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities with ease.

· Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all work.

· Clear and confident communicator, able to engage effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.

· Fluent in both written and spoken English, with a professional and articulate communication style.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Working with the Sales Director to ensure the accurate and timely implementation of the Company marketing plan.

· Work on the design and preparation of any promotional materials both in-house and with external designers.

· Supporting the customer service and sales teams with promotional activity and general enquiries.

· Assist on the production of all direct mailings to customers and provide follow up support.

· Update the website, including front-end content and the back-end database, while updating weekly.

· Develop the company’s social media and digital marketing strategies.

· Preparation of marketing material and promotion of Trade Shows and Training events.

· Updating the Hubspot CRM.

· Other tasks as may be required/assigned.

Experience & Qualifications:

· Educated to degree level in marketing

· Must be fully computer literate.

· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal - comfortable delivering presentations.

· Flexible, strong execution skills and “can do” attitude.

· High level of admin skills, with excellent attention to detail and report writing ability

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· An understanding of marketing and sales techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €30,000.00-€36,000.00 per year
