Are you a passionate and experienced Parts Advisor looking for a new challenge? BMW Durham is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Parts Advisor. As an essential part of our dealership, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operations of our parts department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Parts Expertise: Assist customers and Technicians in selecting and ordering the correct parts for their BMW & MINI vehicles, utilizing BMW's electronic parts catalog and other resources for accurate identification.
• Inventory Management: Maintain precise inventory records and optimal stock levels to ensure timely availability of parts for repairs.
• Quality Assurance: Receive and inspect incoming parts to ensure they meet quality standards, and properly label and store them.
• Returns and Warranties: Process parts warranties and returns in adherence to BMW policies while upholding customer satisfaction.
• Customer Relationships: Develop and nurture positive customer relationships through excellent communication and service skills.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, and the Parts Manager to facilitate a seamless repair process.

Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a Parts Advisor role, preferably within an automotive dealership environment.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for BMW vehicles and a proven track record as a Parts Advisor.
• Team Player: Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with BMW's electronic parts catalog and dealership management systems (preferred).

Flexible Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with rotating weekends

Compensation: Competitive compensation starting from $55,000 per year.
