Description:
Emmetts is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Professional to join our team at Roseworthy, our largest and most dynamic branch. This role offers the opportunity to utilise your parts expertise in a high-performing dealership environment while building toward future leadership and management opportunities within our Parts operations.

Our Parts team plays a critical role in keeping our customers operating when it matters most. With strong demand across Broadacre, Viticulture and lifestyle farming, the Roseworthy branch services a diverse customer base and operates at the centre of our South Australian operations.
In this role, you’ll bring your experience to deliver high-quality parts support while contributing to the continued growth of the department. For the right candidate, this position also provides clear pathways to progress into Parts leadership as part of our succession planning.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing expert parts interpretation and customer service support
• Supporting Sales and Service teams with internal parts supply
• Driving the growth of key product categories including the STIHL consumer product range
• Managing customer quotes, backorders, and proactive follow-up
• Advising customers on new parts, services and dealer programs
• Picking, packing and processing parts orders efficiently
• Participating in a rotating roster including half-day Saturdays and seasonal on-call support
