Pressure Washer, Full Time

JDK Construction Services is hiring a reliable, experienced pressure washer to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for cleaning outdoor and indoor surfaces at our clients’ homes and businesses. Cleanings are performed year round, often throughout the construction process. This applicant should have at least one year of previous experience, a driver’s license, vehicle insurance, an eye for detail, and the ability to work outdoors in any weather.

Job responsibilities:

• Drive the company vehicle to the job site
• Load and unload equipment from work vehicles
• Operate pressure washer machinery to clean surfaces (e.g., fences, driveways, siding, basements, window cleaning)
• Apply detergent safely as needed
• Check equipment for good working order and water supply
• Inspect surfaces for any missed spots after cleaning
• Bring hoses and equipment back to the office for proper storage
• Follow safety procedures to protect yourself and client property
• Accurately log billable hours using a time tracking app

Qualifications and skills:

• 1+ years of previous experience using pressure washing equipment
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
• Able to lift heavy equipment (50+ pounds) and complete standing work in all weather
• Quick learner with great attention to detail, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Friendly, professional, and respectful
• Can work independently and as part of a team environment
• Can communicate well (multiple languages are a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
