Required Experience:

Candidate must have hands-on experience in:

• Production operations for drinking water and beverages
• Plant maintenance (mechanical/electrical preferred)
• Microbiology & quality control
• Knowledge of ISI standards, FSSAI compliance, and hygiene practices
• Water treatment systems: RO, UV, Ozone, blow molding, rinsing–filling–capping, lab setup
• Batch preparation for carbonated & non-carbonated drinks (added advantage)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production activities
• Ensure quality parameters, microbiological tests, and documentation
• Maintain machines and handle troubleshooting
• Implement GMP, SOPs, sanitation, and safety
• Coordinate with management for smooth plant operations

Qualification:

• Diploma/Graduate in Microbiology, Food Technology, Chemistry, Mechanical/Electrical, or relevant field
• Minimum 2–5 years experience in packaged drinking water or beverage industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
