About Us

Night Owls Decorators is a growing family-run property maintenance company working across more than 300 managed properties in Dublin.

We specialise in preparing apartments between tenancies, including painting, repairs, maintenance and final presentation for new tenants.

We’re looking for someone who wants a long-term position, enjoys practical work, and can take responsibility for their own jobs.

This is NOT an entry-level role.

We are looking for someone who can work independently.

After discussing the day’s work in the morning, you should be able to organise your own tasks, solve small problems yourself, and only contact us if something genuinely requires attention.

If you need constant reminders throughout the day, this role will not be the right fit.

Filling and sanding

Silicone replacement

Replacing damaged fittings

Door handles

Window handles

Locks

Light switches

  • additional work is discovered
  • something cannot be completed
  • extra parts are required

What We’re Looking For

You have at least 3 years’ experience in painting or property maintenance.

You take pride in producing neat work.

You don’t leave unfinished jobs without communicating.

You notice problems before someone asks you.

You can organise your own workload.

You treat company tools as if they were your own.

You can understand written and spoken instructions.

A driving licence is an advantage but not essential.

42:30 hours per week

Occasional overtime available.
