Abrams Realty is growing, and we are adding an experienced real estate agent to our leadership team. This role is designed for a seasoned professional who knows transactions inside and out and is ready to focus less on personal production and more on training, mentoring, and coaching agents. Our team is already established.
This position is an addition due to growth, not a replacement.​

License Requirement (Must Have) License Requirement (Must Have) Candidates must hold one of the following active licenses in Virginia:

  • Virginia Real Estate Salesperson License

or

  • Virginia Real Estate Broker License

Who This Role Is For This position is ideal for an experienced agent who:

  • Has significant real estate sales experience
  • Has strong command of Virginia contracts, forms, and compliance
  • Is highly familiar with transaction desk systems and transaction workflows
  • Enjoys developing agents through training, mentoring, and coaching
  • Is ready to contribute at a leadership level rather than focusing on high personal volume

While limited personal sales are permitted, this is not a production driven role. The primary focus is agent support and development. You will be working alongside the existing leadership team, you will:

  • Train agents on contracts, forms, and transaction best practices
  • Coach agents through active transactions and problem solving
  • Mentor agents to improve confidence, consistency, and results
  • Support leadership initiatives related to growth, accountability, and performance
  • Serve as a trusted resource for agents navigating complex or high risk transactions

What We Are Looking For:

  • Active Virginia real estate license (salesperson or broker)
  • Proven transaction and sales experience
  • Deep knowledge of Virginia real estate contracts and forms
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Professional, solution oriented, and low drama
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to collaborate with an established team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $74,951.66 per year
