Due to increasingly high demand, we are looking for new members to help facilitate the growing orders.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced, creative, and energetic RECEPTIONIST/CUSTOMER SUPPORT/ ALL ROUNDER with an eye for detail and a passion for exceptional customer service and quality, to become an integral part of our Amazing team.
Job tasks and responsibilities:
This role is based on our busy fast-paced Ascot Vale florist fulfilment business and our sister company Amazing Graze Tearooms.
We are looking for someone who has experience in reception, sales, a excellent communicator OR similar customer support area, business administration, marketing focussing on amazing customer experience service.
This role is demanding and will suit someone who has an exemplary Eye For Detail and can commit to memory our website product catalogue and have a high level of computer literacy.
You must be passionate ensuring a seamless and efficient PROMPT customer support, helping and recommending flowers for different occasions, and ability to add sales on products.
you are required to answer the phone, you are the main touchpoint for customers and our team members.
MUST HAVE Amazing ability to remember lots of information and assist many people within your day is key and the ability to multitask is critically important.
You will be required to communicate with all business levels, including management, delivery drivers, administration & sales staff, and many others.
A positive, vibrant and optimistic outlook will be a real bonus whilst being able to have a strength of character when required, you will fit in well with the team.
You should be flexible and have the ability to adapt to changing workloads during a workday.
You should have the ability to work with the team whilst meeting the expectations of Management. and have the ability to "think on your feet" to respond to customer enquiries promptly and efficiently.
You must be organised and take pride in your workstation.
