Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Roof Tiler to join our team. This role is strictly focused on roof tiling work only. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience installing, repairing, and maintaining tiled roofing systems to a high standard of workmanship and safety.

Responsibilities

• Install and replace roof tiles (concrete, clay, or slate)
• Repair damaged or leaking tiled roofs
• Accurately measure, cut, and lay roof tiles
• Install underlay, battens, ridges, hips, and valleys
• Ensure all work complies with Irish building regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work site
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Roof Tiler
• Strong knowledge of tiled roofing systems
• Valid Safe Pass card (required)
• Manual Handling certification (required or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to work at heights and in outdoor conditions
• Own tools preferred (or willingness to use company tools)
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Valid driver’s license preferred
