What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee roofing projects, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
• Mentor and train junior roofers, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Perform various roofing tasks, including installation, repairs, and inspections.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the roofing industry, with a focus on both commercial and/or residential projects.
• Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a small team.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practices.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
