Be part of our amazing team! A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic individual to take on the exciting role of Sales Assistant in our Galway store which is based in Oranmore. Experience in a customer-focused, one-to-one setting is essential as we do take pride in being the best in what we do. Experience in the nursery industry is not essential as we would love to offer you full training to our exceptional standards.

When Bella Baby opened its doors in Galway in 2008, we decided our mission was to provide moms and dads-to-be with easy access to the best brands, the right information and the best shopping experience possible. Since then we have grown from strength to strength and opened 2 more stores in Ireland in Cork & Dundrum, and we opened our very first UK store in London 6 years ago.

Our store operates between 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday and 11am to 5pm on Sundays & Bank Holidays.

WHAT’S INVOLVED IN THE JOB?

• Follow and achieve the store’s sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Go the "extra mile” to drive sales Cross-sell products.
• Handle sales returns of merchandise.
• Build productive trust relationships with customers.
• Prioritizing customer care & offering unparalleled customer service & aftercare.
• Weekends would be required

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Energized and communicative individual,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Good standard of IT and numeracy,
• Strong customer focus,
• Attention to detail
