Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to follow blueprints and specifications accurately. The Installer will work closely with other team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with the installation process.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations of products according to detailed specifications and blueprints.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively and safely.
• Conduct heavy lifting as necessary during the installation process.
• Apply caulking and other finishing materials to ensure a polished final product.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues that arise during installations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding project timelines and expectations.

Experience

• Proven experience in carpentry, maintenance person services, or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings is essential.
• Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools used in installation tasks.
• Experience with heavy lifting and physical labor is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary for success in this role.
• Must be comfortable working at heights
• Experience using Pump Jacks considered an asset
