now to drive tooling, equipment, and infrastructure integration for Lufthansa Technik Canada’s state-of-the-art engine maintenance facility!
TASKS
Your main tasks include, among others:
Supporting management and coordination of tooling and equipment demand of an aircraft engine maintenance facility
Advising, coordinating and supervising construction areas and project participants (internally and externally)
Planning and supporting the design of an aircraft engine maintenance facility, considering optimal shop layout and facility planning and integration management of respective machinery
Validating tooling and equipment demands, matching them with building requirements and ensuring compliance with local safety standards and regulations
Coordinating interfaces, ensuring that critical milestones are met and identifying risks and respective mitigation measures
- All other duties as assigned or required

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal Expert Infrastructure, Tooling and Equipment must fulfill the following requirements:
Degree in the field of industrial or electrical engineering, facility management or engineering
3 years of experience in comparable areas of responsibility
Experience in the field of tooling and equipment or property management, preferably in the aviation sector
Experience in managing service providers, contractors and maintenance teams
Experience managing projects related to tooling and equipment and/ or facility management
Fluency in English language required
Knowledge of workplace safety requirements and applicable standards and regulations (HSE)
Professional certifications in the facility management sector desirable
Willingness to travel occasionally
Must possess a legal work permit in Canada
