About Us Shroff Textile Exports is a 3 Star Cotton Yarn Export house well-established cotton yarn and greige fabric export house based in Coimbatore for over four decades.

The Role This is not a typical office assistant job. Our main inbox receives 80–100+ emails daily from suppliers, buyers, banks, forwarders, and government portals. Your job is to read each email, route it to the right team member, track deadlines, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You will work closely with the Director and a small, experienced team.

What You Will Do

• Classify and route 80–100+ emails daily to the right people across our Coimbatore and Mumbai teams
• Draft professional business correspondence in English to mills, buyers, banks, and shipping agents
• Track pending items and follow up on overdue contracts, payments, shipping documents, and certifications
• Monitor critical deadlines — LC expiry dates, vessel cutoffs, payment due dates
• Maintain records in Google Sheets and handle ICEGATE/DGFT/GST correspondence

Must Have

• Excellent English reading and writing skills — #1 requirement
• 3+ years experience, preferably in export/import or textiles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Gmail and Google Sheets (or Excel)

Good to Have

• Cotton yarn/textile export experience
• Tamil and/or Hindi language skills
