Job Title: Export Manager – FMCG (Import & Export) Candidates without FMCG background or without import-export experience will not be considered.
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 4+ Years Experience in FMCG, food, or consumer goods exports
Location: Sokhda, GIDC

Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Export Manager with mandatory FMCG industry background and hands-on experience in both import and export operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end EXIM documentation, logistics coordination, and international client handling.

Mandatory Requirements (Strict):

• FMCG industry experience is compulsory
• Must have experience in both import and export documentation
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end EXIM operations
• Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS (FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.)
• Experience coordinating with CHA, freight forwarders, and shipping lines
• Knowledge of customs regulations, export compliance, and GST (LUT/refund)
• Must have handled international clients or export orders directly

Candidates without FMCG background or without import-export experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete import and export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.)
• Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters
• Handle international client communication and order execution
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade laws
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
• Manage LC documentation and banking processes (if applicable)
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in FMCG, food, or consumer goods exports
• Exposure to Africa or Middle East markets is an added advantage

Additional Information:

• Work timings may vary depending on shipment schedules
• Candidate should be flexible during dispatch and container operations

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
