• Uphold unwavering hygiene and safety protocols, treating Food Safety (HACCP) and operational security as your top priority.
• Deliver a first-class guest experience for every traveler, whether you are preparing fresh items or managing counter service.
• Collaborate seamlessly with teammates across the floor and kitchen to guarantee fluid service during busy flight windows.
• Flourish within a high-energy setting, embracing a shifting roster and fluctuating passenger numbers with an adaptable, solution-oriented mindset.

Skills and Experiences:
About You

• Capability to pass a comprehensive background screening to secure a mandatory Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
• Previous exposure to fast-casual dining or high-volume hospitality environments is highly regarded.
• Total availability to handle a seven-day rotating schedule, covering early starts, late finishes, and weekends to align with airline timetables.
• Relevant trade qualifications (Cert III) for culinary positions, with a current RSA certification viewed as a distinct advantage.
• Demonstrated commitment to keeping a pristine and orderly workspace throughout the duration of your shift.
