Eyewear Sales Rep
Vision executives are experts in international recruitment for the eyecare industry and we have partnered with a fashion forward eyewear company, who are looking for an Independent Sales Representative to operate in South Florida. This individual will be responsible for representing multiple lines within the brand portfolio to retail stores, boutiques, and other relevant outlets. This is a commission-based role where you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule and prioritize sales activities according to your preferences.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sales Generation: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness within the assigned territory.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including retail stores, boutiques, and optical shops.
- Product Presentation: Showcase the features, benefits, and unique selling points of the company’s products to prospective buyers, emphasizing quality, style, and value.
- Order Management: Process orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and adaptation.
- Brand Advocacy: Serve as a passionate advocate for the brand, embodying its values and promoting its image at all times.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with the company's sales team, providing updates on market developments, sales activities, and customer feedback.
What we are looking for:
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably within the eyewear or fashion industry.
- Networking Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, set goals, and drive results without direct supervision.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using technology and software applications for sales tracking, order management, and communication.
What’s on offer:
- $80K - $110K OTE - $90K - $120K Y2
