F45 Studio Manager

We're on the hunt for an energetic, passionate and experienced Studio Manager to join F45 Bli Bli.

A studio manager/captain role is most fulfilling when you're out there, building connections and changing lives while growing a studio.

With your exceptional people skills, and having a deep understanding of sales & marketing, and the importance of operational excellence, you'll be an integral part to the success of the business.

MUST HAVES

• Experience delivering high quality, results-focused group fitness classes.
• Experience with lead generation, sales conversions, onboarding, and retention.
• Be promotionally minded, capable of building local business and community partnerships, produce and plan social media content.
• Ability to help foster a positive, motivational and community-based team training environment.

• Minimum Cert 3 in Fitness, and current First Aid & CPR Certified
• 2+ year’s experience in the Health & Fitness industry.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, organisational, and written skills
• Highly energetic and can build great rapport
• Creativity and the desire to have fun at work
• Keen to learn new skills and develop themselves!

Flexible hours 22-26hrs/week, with more on offer as we grow.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $38.00 – $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bli Bli, QLD 4560: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Studio Manager: 2 years (Preferred)
• Group fitness: 2 years (Preferred)
