Responsibilities

• Perform on-site patrols and active security coverage when needed
• Oversee daily field operations, scheduling, and report verification
• Develop new security contracts through outreach and relationship building
• Communicate with clients and property management to ensure satisfaction
• Conduct on-site visits to assess performance and conditions
• Respond to incidents promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate reports and follow up on issues
• Participate in commission-based business development efforts

Qualifications

• Texas Level 3 Armed Security Officer License
• Strong sales or business development background (security, property, or service industry)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Dependable, organized, and self-directed
• Physically fit for patrols and field work
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Clean background (no felony, domestic violence, or assault convictions)
• Military applicants: DD214 with honorable discharge

Required Equipment

• Reliable transportation and phone
• Registered firearm with Level 2 or 3 holster
• Body armor and duty belt

Compensation

• Hourly + performance-based pay structure
• Base rate and incentives based on new contracts, site management, and client satisfaction
• Pay discussed during interview
