How will you contribute?
You will be responsible for conducting efficient, compliant purchases. Writes tenders, contacts suppliers, obtains quotations, negotiates and reviews major contracts in compliance with LIST's procurement rules. You have strong knowledge of procurement processes, public tendering regulation and contract management and organizes your own work to meet objectives.
You will be mainly in charge of:
Collaborates with internal departments to understand procurement needs and coordinates administrative processes.
Leads tender processes, prepares and publishes tender documents, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
Manages bidder communications, organizes meetings, and safeguards bid confidentiality.
Oversees bid evaluation, ensuring fair assessment based on technical, financial, and quality criteria.
Negotiates contract terms, finalizes agreements with legal teams, and manages awarding procedures.
Provides feedback to unsuccessful bidders and maintains transparent records.
Monitors contract execution, resolves deviations, and identifies cost-saving opportunities.
Analyzes procurement processes for efficiency improvements and market trends.

Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
Experience and skills
At least 5-7 years of prior experience in procurement, public tender roles or business developer.
Strong understanding of procurement process, tendering regulations, and contract management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and suppliers.
Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or tender management systems).
Strong negotiation skills.
Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create reports and conduct cost analyses.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong ethical standards and ability to ensure transparency.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Language skills
Good level both written and spoken English and French
