About the Role:
We are looking for a highly responsible and detail-oriented Fabric Incharge to oversee and maintain our fabric and materials inventory. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth production and requires someone with strong fabric knowledge, excellent computer skills, and the ability to stay organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate digital records of all fabrics and raw materials
• Ensure real-time inventory tracking and timely stock updates
• Notify the admin team in advance when fabric or other materials are running low
• Coordinate with vendors and sourcing team for fabric receipts and dispatches
• Organize and label fabric swatches and materials systematically
• Work closely with the production and sampling team to issue materials as required
• Perform regular physical stock checks and reconcile with digital records
• Ensure the fabric store area is clean, organized, and secure
• Manage inward/outward registers for all raw material movements

Requirements:

• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic inventory management software
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and raw materials (types, weights, usage)
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the inventory
• Must be proactive and report low stock levels in time
• Prior experience in a fashion or manufacturing setup is preferred
• Reliable, honest, and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
