About the Role

PMAC is growing and we’re looking for a hands-on Façade Team Supervisor to lead external cleaning and restoration projects across multiple sites. You’ll organise daily workflow, lead operatives on site, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

You’ll also act as the main point of contact for clients and represent PMAC professionally at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate façade teams across multiple sites
• Plan and manage 3-week look-ahead schedules in collaboration with the Operations Manager
• Mentor team members and support new starters
• Manage site documentation (RAMS, SPA forms, reports, photos)
• Conduct site inspections and monitor productivity
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards
• Work alongside the Sales Team and carry out surveys when required

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ supervisory experience (construction/facade/cleaning)
• Strong health & safety knowledge (working at height essential)
• Confident communicator with clients & operatives
• Good IT/admin skills
• Full clean driving licence
• Certifications such as Safe Pass, IPAF, First Aid etc. are desirable (training can be provided).
