Facilitator – Career Transition Assistance (CTA)

The Sarina Russo Group is a recognised leader in education, training, recruitment, and job creation, with over 46 years of success supporting individuals and communities across Australia.

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Facilitator to deliver the Career Transition Assistance (CTA) program. This government-funded initiative supports mature-age job seekers (45+) to build confidence, develop practical skills, and become more competitive in today’s labour market.

About the Role
As a Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting participants through their employment journey. You will mentor, coach, and deliver engaging sessions that empower individuals to achieve meaningful employment outcomes.
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. The role is based across Greater Western Sydney (Blacktown / Parramatta), with occasional travel to nearby sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging, participant-focused training sessions
  • Mentor and support individuals in building job-ready skills
  • Promote the CTA program to Employment Service Providers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local employers
  • Assist participants in accessing sustainable employment opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks
About You
You are a confident and engaging facilitator who is passionate about helping others succeed. You bring a strong ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and adapt your approach to meet individual needs.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Experience in facilitation or employment services
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build employer relationships
  • Confidence in promoting programs and engaging stakeholders
  • Solid administrative and digital literacy skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to engage and motivate diverse learner groups
  • Strong time management and ability to work independently
  • Professional presentation and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to follow processes, policies, and adapt to participant needs
